The size and scale of our vision
You have probably heard the quote by Earl Nightingale "We become what we think about". To be fair, it sounds a little bit woo woo... however, many studies show that imagery can be a useful tool when it comes to success and the achievement of goals. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Mental imagery allows change to become our reality. Once we have a compelling vision for what we can accomplish, we can move ahead and set the appropriate goals and take the required action towards achieving it. We can even do practice runs in our head.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
On the flip side, when we don’t have a vision for our future, we will never move beyond the stage we are at or exceed the outcomes that we’re currently getting in life. If we cannot visualise ourselves as being able to achieve something... we won't ever take the action to make it a reality.
