Success Feature - Tara Cull

Each Friday, Hustle & Dream features female entrepreneurs, their business and their tips for success.

This week we have Tara Cull, an ESL Neurolanguage Coach & the Founder of ArchiEnglish.

Tara coaches architecture professionals who speak English as a second language to build the courage to speak up. She works with professionals with 1:1 coaching as well as online lecturing at a University in Thailand.

Tara spends her work hours coaching and teaching her students from all over the world - Australia, Argentina, UK, Thailand and France as well as making learning material to help solve their biggest challenges.

I asked her what advice she has when it comes to being successful:

“As small business owners, it’s easy to get stuck on the endless wheel of feeling like you’re going a million miles an hour and getting nowhere! For this reason, I think it’s important to surround yourself with people who will support you and the growth of your business. Being part of a small coaching group with women from the UK and Europe has been one of the best ways to feel supported in my journey as an entrepreneur as well as reaching out to others in similar situations. I have gained so much pleasure by sharing my experiences with other entrepreneurs and teachers. It’s important to be reminded of your successes along the way, not just the end destination.”
